Retiree Advantage Plans
Offered exclusively to Medicare retirees by their employers, Capital Health Plan Retiree Advantage allows members to participate in their employer group health plan after retirement.
CHP Retiree Advantage gives retirees their Medicare Parts A, B, and D benefits with no gap in their prescription drug coverage.
To be eligible, your employer must offer CHP Retiree Advantage benefits. You must be entitled to Medicare Part A (hospital insurance), enrolled in Medicare Part B (medical insurance), and continue to pay Medicare Part B premiums. Most Medicare beneficiaries can join. (In some cases, you may not be able to join CHP Retiree Advantage if you have end-stage renal disease (ESRD).)
You also need to be a permanent resident of our service area, which includes the Florida counties of Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, and Wakulla.
