Registering for CHPConnect
is easy. You'll use three simple screens. Here are tips.
- Have your Member ID number ready.
- On the first screen, click the Members picture.
- Next, fill in the blanks. Choose Capital Health Plan for the last one.
- On the final screen, choose your own password and security clues. Click ? for directions.
- Download the Membership Agreement Form
