Registering for CHPConnect
is easy. You'll use three simple screens. Here are tips.
- Have your Member ID number ready.
- On the first screen, click the Members picture.
- Next, fill in the blanks. Choose Capital Health Plan for the last one.
- On the final screen, choose your own password (which must be at least 6 characters - upper and lower case plus a number) and security clues. Click ? for assistance.
- Capital Health Plan will mail you an access code within 24 hours. If you need access sooner, please call Member Services at 850-523-7441.
- Use your User ID, password, and access code to log in.
